Special prize to Giuseppe Fabiano for Circular Economy

Ritorcitura Fabiano is a company oriented to continuous innovation, designing yarns that meet the essential principles of sustainability. We had the opportunity to present during a convention in Rome our first samples of articles made with a percentage of PET.

Great success for the event organized by the Foundation INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCE STUDIES AND COOPERATION, as part of the international days promoted by the WORLD CHANGERS POWER WOMEN SUMMIT.

On the initiative of Prof.Gabriele Andreoli, curricula and professional experiences of men and women have been selected that have privileged the ethical and solidarity commitment in business culture and communication, awarded with a special gold medal at the splendid Palazzo della Cancelleria Apostolica in Rome.

Giuseppe Fabiano, the leading entrepreneur of the textile district of Prato, won a special award for the company’s success in innovative techniques for the transformation of plastics from the recycling economy into ecological textile fibres, suitable for weaving garments of great quality and softness.

The award ceremony ended with an elegant buffet for the many guests gathered in the halls of one of the most important buildings of the Vatican.
